We have both a Japanese food chef and Italian food chef at Hatsune, so you can enjoy both tastes.
Our chefs make meals using seasonal and local ingredients in an exquisite balance to draw out the good qualities in each.

Please recover from the tiredness of everyday life at your own pace by stretching out your body
and soaking in a bathtub of a natural hot spring.
You can also enjoy the hot spring while looking at the starry sky in our open air bath.

We have built all the guest rooms in our inn in the Japanese style.
We have rooms ranging in size from eight to twelve tatami mats.
We will provide you with a room to suit the number of people in your party.
